"Upon arrival I had to pay $10. / night to get a ground floor room over what had I already paid. Arrived to our room and the edges around the room were not clean but we choose to wear our shoe at all times. Checked in approx 3 o’clock unpacked. Leaved returned to the room approx. 9:30 pm got ready for bed only to turn down the bedding and clearly see that the sheets had not been changed from the previous occupant. The room was clean but the table and one of the chairs were covered in something very sticky (that is why we gave them a three for cleanliness). They had a closet. The picture one reviewer showed of the toilet paper in a yellow space was for the extra toilet paper roll, which was nice. Much better than having the extra roll sitting on the back of the toilet. "The hotel might be fine but you will be afraid to park your car. Had two rooms booked and didn't use them as the facility is surrounded by homeless encampments. Not entitled to a refund but just gave away my money because my families safety isn't worth it. Avoid downtown Sudbury in general. Bummer."
