"Great customer service, warm, welcoming and helpful.Lovely atmosphere, attractive clean. My room was clean, quiet and comfy.No fridge in room, it wasn’t necessary for my visit. Dinner was fine ( shoestring chips, not my personal preference but fine ) Breakfast was great and the 24/7 shop has great options. Would definitely stay her again. Thankyou. "

"Look, this place needs a little TLC, the bar and restaurant hours and atmosphere are lacking BUT what a great location. This place has a great pool and spa on the roof, terrific views and great staff. The breakfast is good (albeit the very pale sausages) and happy hour is great value. This place is right on the hub of the Rocks and only a 5 minute walk to the Opera house, ferries, trains and of course the Rocks markets at the weekend.
