Mixed stay – Great front desk, but several room and billing issues The front desk staff were fantastic and easily a 10/10—very welcoming and helpful throughout the stay. However, the room itself left a lot to be desired. It felt very cramped with tight living quarters, and the bed was extremely uncomfortable, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. We also ran into a few practical issues: there weren't enough extra towels provided, and the lighting was frustratingly confusing to operate. Additionally, there were a couple of major communication and billing hiccups. It wasn't indicated anywhere that the breakfast buffet wasn't available on weekends, and to top it off, I was incorrectly charged for breakfast even though it was supposed to be included in my room rate. While the service at the front desk was great, the overall room comfort and billing issues made this a disappointing stay.
