"Hotel is in a great location, opposite the park. It is very stylishly decorated and the breakfast was great. The downside was that it was during the hot weather and the room was extremely hot, even though there was a fan in it. The windows only opened a little, probably due to safety reasons. It was nicely decorated and the bed was comfortable. Parking was quite a way down the road, but we were given a pass, so not charged. The garden was nice to have an evening drink."

"The property was very short staffed. drinks and other things were left all over the facility making it feel dirty and not well maintained. Was most difficult to get a drink or service while at the beautiful outdoor pool. The grounds are important to taking in. Staff was a bit difficult and rude about having my grandchildren visit during the day but sort of this one of the managers."

"This is a beautifully furnished, elegant hotel in the centre of Cheltenham. It’s in a quiet part of the town and with easy walking to Montpellier. The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated with high quality tea, coffee-making machines. "Excellent stay at a great manor-style hotel! the personnel are very great and will do anything to improve your stay. In particular, the English breakfast was simply exceptional, with possibility to tailor-it to your preferences! The parking, while tight, was very useful after a day of travelling. Excellent bathroom and comfortable beds. No Air Conditioning but even if we were on hot summer days, we slept well by using the ventilator and opening slightly the window.
