Promised me roll away beds o. The phone and would not deliver upon arrival. Also been staying hear occasionally over ten years and was the dirtiest I’ve seen it. Messes in the elevators and weird smells. Also FYI, they now charge for parking now which is ridiculous at this property IMO.

I contacted the hotel prior to my stay to request a microwave, but upon arrival I was told the hotel doesn’t have microwaves at all. This was inconvenient since I brought food with me that I couldn’t use. I also confirmed ahead of time that my room would have a shower, but it actually had a bathtub ...
