"Our stay was great. The hotel was very clean and staff accommodating. I booked at the last minute and we were given a room on the 4th floor with a balcony overlooking the 7th turn on the racetrack. My husband was so happy. There was no official race but there was action on the track. The rumble and thunder of cars racing was pretty awesome."

"Hotel was fine. Problem was reservation management. I booked a room in mycar on way to hotel and paid for it as I had no plan tk cancel or change and when I got there 30 minutes later I found out that I hit the wrong date. I booked it for the following night. Receptionist was no help. I called Hotels.com they said they had to get Rodeway in reservations to change the date to current night. They refused to change it. I then had to pay for another night. They are that desperate. Hotel.com said they would request a refund. Rodeway Inn again refused to issue a refund. What pitiful customer service for a simple mistake and can't believe they are that desperate to steal $100 from me. I will never stay at another Rodeway Inn. or use Hotel.com ever again. I have used Hotel.com for years but now that Expedia bought them out they suck."
