"The staff were brilliant, so accommodating considering our late arrival. They also allowed us to keep our luggage there the next day after check-out - although there was no ticket system to ensure no one else could take our items. I would recommended they adopt this going forward. We had a basic double room which was quite small, but absolutely satisfactory for a one night stay. The room was clean, had most items required, although no ironing board. The location is brilliant, very central...
