"Charming historic hotel in the heart of downtown. Location could not have been better. Room and bed very comfortable. You can reserve the jacuzzi for 30 minutes in a private room (the only real amenity at the property), which was terrific. Highly recommend."

Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Durango Downtown by IHG
"Pool was closed for maintenance the 3 days we were there. The electricity went out for a couple of hours. The door key did not work and we had to go back down to the front desk so she could reprogram it. Not good customer service! Fan in bathroom was not working."
