"The hotel was very impressive, the entrance foyer was quite grand with the staircase and furnishings were well maintained. The bedroom was spotless with white fluffy towels. Lots of extra touches to make your stay memorable. The Staff at Reception were very friendly and courteous making you feel welcome."

"The spa is a great feature but it is not a swimming pool. It is becoming a little tired with some features not working fully eg lockers. It would be helpful if more information was provided about the use of these facilities However we enjoyed the spa twice - it was great to have it to look forward to after a long day driving. Booking ahead is essential. Would not hesitate to recommend and would love to stay again."

"We had a very spacious 2 bed accommodation for 3 people. The hotel is charming and old world style. The breakfast was good, but the servers were busy with a large tour group, so I felt a little rushed. The service at the main restaurant was just fair. The desk associates were excellent and helpful. Location in the middle of town is excellent for convenience to town, shopping, and dining."
