"Limited breakfast and the pillows are too soft. The hotel is very nice and having a balcony on the canal meant for a relaxing evening watching the ships come through the bridge. Would definitely stay there again but would bring my own pillow."

"Slow check-in. Had to wait half an hour to have a room prepared. Breakfast did not have a waffle maker. I thought the website said it would. Trash can was full when we arrived at our room. All of the staff were polite and helpful despite the busier than normal traffic on a Sunday."
