We liked the spacious rooms we had, but found the property quite hard to find and confusing about checking in. I wish they had warned us that we could not bring our car into that part of the city without being fined. The beds were good, kitchen was handy, restaurant was great. Our host was Denis, who was quite an enjoyable character. Only complaint was the bathrooms were VERY musty, one did not have hot water, and the shower head did not stay up. But we did enjoy our quaint place down the cobblestone path.

It was a great location, room was nice and clean. We had an issue with the shower, the water did not drain and shower did not spray. Wife was unable to wash her hair for the days we were there. If you a shower longer then a minute or 2 the water would flood the bathroom floor.

This was a perfect location for us! We loved being close to the Old Town and the beach. And the owners were so hospitable answering any questions we had. Breakfast was delicious! Great location just outside the walls near the Pile gate. Breakfast was included at the waterfront restaurant with amazing views and friendly service. We stayed in the luxury apartment, and it was clean, spacious and very comfortable, with a view of the fort. A great base for exploring Dubrovnik and relaxing inside during our one rainy day.

The restaurant where you check in and eat breakfast had really friendly and helpful staff and really good food. The room's location in comparison to old town and to the ocean is amazing. Downside was, the room smelled bad, there were dust bunnies and a cobweb, someone's hair was in the bathroom when we first got there, and the shower door was broken.
