Communication was poor. Responses were very slow, and if the owner didn’t want to answer a question, they simply wouldn’t reply. From around 10:00 PM to 2:00 AM, there’s a rooftop club right next to the rooms. Even with earplugs, the music was clearly audible, making it very difficult to sleep. There were cockroaches in the room, which was extremely disgusting. The shower was also poorly designed. The shower curtain didn’t prevent water from spilling everywhere, so I had to sit inside the bathtub to shower. The hot water drain was very close to my skin, and I almost got burned. Overall, I would not recommend staying at this property.

The location is excellent, situated right above Stradun and near restaurants, activities, and a city wall entrance. The apartment itself is cozy and intimate with authentic details like wooden shutters, and the air conditioning works very well. The top floor provides a magical view of the Dubrovnik rooftops. Please note that there are narrow stairs leading to the apartment, so it may not be the best fit for anyone with mobility issues.

Wow what an amazing location!! Right in the centre of old town with everything outside the front door! 1 tiny downside - late night music from the bars downstairs but we were out till late and it only bothered us the first night that we went to bed early and were tired. But to be honest it was not a show stopper. Gorgeous little studio apartment for me and my friend. Had everything we needed! We would 100% stay here again for our next visit to Dubrovnik!

This room was perfect for us. We only wish we had booked it for our entire stay. The room is very spacious with vaulted ceilings, so it never felt cramped. We loved having a couch to relax on after spending the day exploring the town. There was a coffee maker in the room, but no coffee provided, which was a bit disappointing. The room is located above a busy restaurant, but it didn't bother us since we use earplugs. However, if you're a light sleeper or prefer a very quiet environment, this may not be the best choice for you.

The apartment was great, clean, well maintained, in a great location. The in-apartment amenities though could've been more practical. For instance, there was no place in the bathroom for toiletries. There wasn't a paper roll holder either. These small things could make a huge difference to comfort and convenience.

The place is centrally located because it is with in the walls. Getting luggage down and up the stairs was a challenge. The bed is comfortable and the room is very spacious. There was a coffee and tea maker but no coffee, tea or anything to put in the coffee maker. Communication was a little difficult as it was not answered quickly. Could really use a luggage storage as check in was at 3:00 and check out at 10:00. There are many restaurants right down the stairs and many choices. When the windows were closed it was soundproof which is great for sleeping. They were able to arrange for a car (Boris) he was very helpful. Great location, near food not really great if you can’t carry luggage down and up a thin hallway.

Lovely little apartment with amazing location. Staff helpful via WhatsApp prior to stay. Nicely decorated and well maintained but could have been a little cleaner- dusty floors and few stains in bathroom, however the bed was spotlessly clean. Overall cleanliness wasn’t an issue. Shower was freezing cold one night but great the rest of the time. Good amenities for an apartment. Would stay here again.

The room was clean and tidy, but there were a few minor defects in the room. The hotels.com listing had this property down as having luggage storage, but when messaging the host they did not. But I could leave my bag behind the always open, front door? It is also stated as having breakfast available, which there wasn’t. Not a problem as many good places near by, but shouldn’t be mentioned if not available.
