"The room was clean & a good size. Only ordered breakfast once & it was 1 hour late & missing some items. No butter for toast, not enough milk for 2 cereals. Maybe we were supposed to supply our own. Other visitors to the motel were very noisy - banging doors & the room above us sounded like had elephants in it"

But what followed made me feel like I was being scammed not cancelling through the original channel. Asking for bank details to make a deposit had to follow up for days. Horrible service, horrible communication."
