We made a terrible decision to book a stay in a deluxe safari tent... we are not campers AT ALL, and we're all a bit precious, so what a silly thing to do! LOL
We went to the office after a night and they bent over backwards to make us happy. Such incredible customer service. We were placed elsewhere, and the quality of both accommodations we experienced on our trip were great quality, clean, and utterly charming.
There is a coffee cart on site, a food truck, pools, play areas, community spaces, well looked after sites, cabins and clamping tents. I can't recommend this location enough!
Adding that we were then looked after again when we needed to check out rather late due to the car unexpectedly having a flat battery.
Nothing was a problem for the team, and they went way above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience.
