"Very lovely staff. However, in one of the restaurants the soup served had worms in it. We were comped a meal in another restaurant as a result, but this was a serious issue. We were also charged twice for using the minibar and had to point this out to the hotel."

"We came home from dinner to our bathroom being flooded. Maintenance was called, and they said it was from a blocked air conditioner vent. I requested a new room to avoid the flood happening in the middle of the night, and also explained the air conditioner had been cutting out and wasn’t working ..."
