I loved my stay here. The hotel was clean and staff were very friendly. I received one of the best massages here. The pool and Jacuzzi was amazing. The food was delicious. Overall this is a great hotel and it’s on a main strip where everything is open late.

The stay at Wyndham Gardens was thoroughly enjoyable and better than I expected. The Facilities ranging from Gym, Sauna, Restaurant - were all excellent. But the real standout was the friendly and exceptionally staff who went out of their way - themselves to help at every opportunity.

First of all, there is NO alcohol at the resort...if you want some, you need to buy on the street and only drink in your room. Secondly, when they say they have three bars, that is misleading since a bar infers booze. Also, all-inclusive here is also misleading since it is not all-inclusive...you can only eat at the buffet, which is average at best...and again...no drinks beside soda and coffee. The beach is not that great and you have to cross six lanes of traffic and a pedestrian walkway to get to it. The hotel is located about a hour north of Dubai and the airport...in a dry "state" of the UAE. Other than that, its a nice hotel with big rooms overlooking the sea, its clean, and the staff are as helpful as they can be given the circumstances.

On windy days, it will feel like you are in cave, old leaky windows, creepy old rooms. This hotel needs a major rehab definitely not a 4 star. Customer services is weak, I had a horrible experience. Highly not recommended

Mixed bag

It started off with the reservation clerk handling a rude Russian before me even though I had been standing in line for some time. The clerk upgraded us to a "junior suite", toop floor with a great view. Unfortunately, we checked in on a day with 50+ MPH winds and it sounded like a wind tunnel in our room. In the evening, my wife complained about smelling smoke and maintenance came up, took a look around, and said the next door room, people were smoking on the balcony and that was seeping in through our closed balcony door! The taped up our door which significantly reduced the noise but ovviously we couldn't step out on the balcony. The next morning, I took a shower and water went everywhere as the drain wasn't working properly. Their solution was to remove the metal strip above the drain but, although it was better, there was still a water mess. Not the greatest stay but I will say that the seafood restaurant (Seascape, I think) was outstanding.

Room and restaurant were spotless, staff all extremely kind and helpful. The beach area had just moved back to in front of the hotel and ran seamlessly. The food was delicious, varied every day and regularly replenished so nothing ran out.

Schöne Tage in Dubai

Es waren sehr schöne Tage, nur das Hotel ist ein wenig weit abseits vom Geschehen. Der Strand und das Meer sehr schön und sauber. Der Zimmerservice sowie das übrige Personal sehr freundlich und ordentlich.

Another wonderful stay, and as always great check-in service by Mahmood who helped arrange the rooms so they were in close proximity to each other. The pool was very good, along with Jacuzzi, great weekend friends.
