Surprisingly great.

Despite to the reviews I read, I hesitently decided to take a chance and stay here. Surised to find a lovely lobby and delightful checkin. My entire5 night stay was extremely comfortable. The staff amazing and professional. True, the hotel needs some refurbishment but that's mostly surface issues rather than deep problems. They have already started the improvements. In my room, I did not hear a peep from any of the lounges or clubs. Yes, I would certainly stay at the Leela Hotel again.

Its av ery tired place.but i slept ok for 1 night

Basically you get what you pay for. My room was upgraded to Deluxe and it was comfortable and no street noise to i slept well. The room needs major uograde and TV doesnt work despite me phoning down twice to ask for help fixing it...nobody showed up!!

Don’t stay here

Horrible. Said there was airport shuttle - there wasn’t. Went to take shower and water was completely yellow, looked like pee. Receptionist offered to help with getting me a taxi but then confidently told me the wrong terminal and acted so sure about it that I believed him. I had to pay a lot for a second taxi since I was already at the airport when i realized he directed me to the wrong place.

We (our family) used hotel for just clean and shower after long flight and to take another flight. Hotel have a Nigth club and "spa"on the top floor wich opens until 4am. Not a hotel recomended for Family. Thera are better ones almos next door and almost same price. Dont Recomend

This hotel--unlike EVERY OTHER hotel we have stayed at multiple times & in multiple locations--charges 20 Dirhams (AED) per day to park in their basement parking (which is small, crowded, and not easy to navigate). This is RIDICULOUS & UNACCEPTABLE. I spoke to the manager and after 15-20 minutes she finally agreed to have the hotel cover at least 2 of the 4 nights we are here; she will try to cover all the nights, but no guarantees. Very, very frustrating. Also--NO ramp for bringing suitcases into the hotel...no, you have to lift/carry bags up several stairs. To get hot water in the bathroom/shower, you have to run the water for 5-10 minutes. The room is dark and has few lights and outlets (no USB outlets). The BBC channel has NO audio. The whole place is outdated and has NOT been remodeled since the 1990s.

I will not stay here again. There was some false advertising about the location and its closeness to Gold Souk and they also held my passport for 8$ dollars and made me forget it at the check outtime, so i had come back from the airport to get it from them

Shower leaks under the shower door, so bathroom floor is flooded after a shower. Bathroom smells of pee Woke up to find there was no water on the 27th of May 23, call reception they advise it was not coming back on till 2pm and offer a bucket of water to wash in. Bathroom light does not switch off, says on 24 hours a day, raised issue and was advise it is supposed to be like that, which is strange as there is a switch to turn it off. There was only one 1 towel in the room when we checked in, had to call to ask for more, the towels had seen better days, they were worn and fit for the bin. Went to use the swimming pool, took one look at it and turned back. The surrounding area around the pool was not clean, and it looked like It is under construction, very dusty.

Je suis partie en vacances avec ma maman. A notre arrivée une bagarre en plein milieu de la réception, une jeune femme en sang des cris de partout! Nous avons eu peur et fait par au gérant de l’hôtel, il nous a dit avec un grand sourire que c’était rien que c’était l’alcool. En suite j’avais réserver une chambre avec balcon et vu sur mer, je n’ai vu aucun balcon ni vue sur la mer! La moquette sale brûler du à des cigarette. Nous sommes descendu pour signaler ce problème ils nous a changer de chambre qui était identique.. la piscine en travaux se baignant avec des pigeons et vu sur des murs en travaux et le ciel, transat plein d’excréments de pigeon tout à fait normal pour eux. Nous sommes rester 3h et nous avons quitté cette hôtel où il y a prostitution également et très très sale et dangereux.

Os funcionários são gentis e fomos bem atendidos. Infelizmente o hotel é muito velho e deixou a desejar em relação a limpeza e infraestrutura. Não é 4 estrelas e não recomendo.
