This hotel is very good for all services. Hotel staffs are approachable, breakfast menu options are also very good. My family and I enjoy staying in this hotel. It's quiet a secure place to stay, we did not face any issues in this hotel.

Staff were very helpful and Mr Toads bar was clean and food good. Rooms were of good size but were just a little dated and in need of a refurb soon.

very reasonable in this area, covers most of the required environment for me including a restaurant, and fitness center. The restaurants are renovated and have more seats than previous. Good taste and price, friendly for the inbound guests.

There is a restaurant in the hotel - and the restaurant staff remember you. The food is great although the selections are a bit limited. It is good that they have a restaurant because there aren't a lot of other restaurants within walking distance (so far as I found). The hotel itself is clean and the service is excellent.

The staff make this property. It's like being in a 5 star hotel. they are so helpful and willing to assit you any way that they can. I wish all premier inn's were like this. The ones in the UK could really learn a thing or two from this fine example.

Solo traveller. Hotel was comfortable and clean. Parking underground. It's slightly off the beaten track so a rental vehicle is required or else taxis. Pool and gym while on the small side, were spotless and never too crowded. Perfect for a long stay as long as you have transport..rooms were cleaned daily and spotless..the restaurant food is good and the bar is licensed to sell alcohol. 25% off bill if you are a resident. I would stay here again? Definitely

Overall experience was good. Hotel was clean breakfast was good too. The staff needs to be more courteous & willing to offer help which was not seen. Although the occupancy of the hotel seemed quite full but in comparison they did not have airport transportation & even a bell boy to help out guests. The restaurant that had the breakfast arrangement was not big enough to accommodate the guests plus most of the seats were high bar chairs & that’s difficult for elderly guests or some with certain disabilities.

Value for money. What is expected of a premiere inn. Great service from staff. Although location a bit far from most attractions. Shuttle operates 3 times a day, around 10am, 11am and 4pm to the metro. More timings would be convenient.
