Mr. Hamdan is a terrific front office manager. Unfortunately the reception staff are poorly trained and unprofessional. We've ordered food deliveries and many times the food has sat in reception for long periods of time. When the food was finally brought to us it was inedible.

The stay was horrible. I was put in a room that had mold and the smell was so bad I could not sleep all night… I complained and they didn’t change my room until my 3rd night… the woman that works there inspected it and confirmed it was mold and she told me to request a refund directly from hotels.com… they were useless and not helpful at all. then they put me in another room that had a cockroaches... this was a terrible stay and I need to be refunded. I am attaching images for proof ….

Hôtel à fuir ! Une odeur dans la Chambre qui doit venir de la moquette sachant que j’ai pris une chambre non fumeur ! La lumière de ma Chambre qui s’éteint pas du coup le technicien me demande de faire tomber le disjoncteur pour éteindre la lumière car pas de solution mais le problème et l’accès au disjoncteur qui n’est pas accessible car bloqué par le placard
