This property is absolutely beautiful and the service is 1st class and impeccable. Our butler Jackie and her crew were just amazing with all the extra touches for our anniversary. This hotel is a must on your agenda! You will not be disappointed with your stay. Look forward to going back to Dubai for another visit and definitely another stay at this hotel.

The Al Habtoor Palace in Dubai is by far the best hotel I've ever stayed in. From the marble floors to the fine dining to the impeccable service rendered by the concierge and butler staff, this hotel makes you feel like royalty as soon as you step through its doors. The next time I visit Dubai, I will stay at the Al Habtoor Palace.

I really enjoyed my stay at this beautiful hotel. The staff were courteous. The only snag is that the fridge bar wasn’t stocked well. Aside from that, I really like this hotel and recommend it. I’ll surely return here on my next visit to Dubai.

We stayed at this Hotel for a week in October. The Hotel isn’t the largest but has around 250 rooms, so if you want quietness and calmness but near to the Dubai Mall, Dubai Fountains and the Burj Khalifa all about 20 minutes in a taxi ( not in rush hour! ) then this is the perfect place. Pier 7 and the Marina Mall are around 30 minutes away also. They have 3 Restaurants and several bars, a cafe ‘ afternoon tea all really great food and service. The staff are just wonderful and will do anything to help you. It was my birthday during my stay and I received 3 small birthday cakes from the restaurants I had been in, and birthday greetings from numerous stay during the day. Which was so lovely. The food in all the restaurants was fabulous and the service too. The hotel is very clean! And well kept. The Butler / concierge service was excellent too. This is definitely a fantastic hotel.

the hotel wasn't as it used to be, i have stayed in this hotel for couple of times since 2017 but doesn't seem great and some stuff in the room seems outdated. its great hospitality and location wise is perfect but this is something they should consider.
