"Absolutely incredible stay, a truly flawless experience. The location is killer, many of Dubai's top experiences are easily accessible from the hotel. Other highlights include the breakfast, and the massage and spa are world-class as well. The Horizon Club is absolutely worth doing, it really does make a difference to have the tea / happy hour in the evenings. But what made it special above all was the staff. Special hat tip to Priscilla, Ahmed, Keith, Janet, Saw, and of course Khodoram for their warm service throughout. My best wishes and thank so them and to everyone at Shangi-La, we will be back soon!"

"It’s always a pleasure visiting Atlantis, the best family resort on the Palm! We loved our room, and our room valet made amazing towel animals while keeping everything clean and organized. Aquaventure and the aquarium were wonderful, and although Saffron was crowded, the food was great."
