Deluwara

Food was subpar, overly salty. Got towels and sheets that clearly had spots on them. Not very walkable to local sights, had to cab everywhere from there. Stayed there for several nights and went to a wedding there - bride and groom did not get separate suites to get ready on site, and multiple weddings were held on the same night. Hotel advertises shuttle services to local sights but did not actually follow their schedule.

The housekeepers worked very well. All receptionists were helpful. We will be staying at this hotel in the future.

Perfect hotel if you want to relax and smile the sea air you have to go to coral beach, it was expensive because it high season

Our family had a great time together. Private beach, 2 pools, garden, great food. All the staff (receptionists/waitors/animators) were very friendly and always helpful, whether during the day or late at night. Our kids really enjoyed the Kids Club. Overally an exceptional value for money and a great place for families with children

The Phone is not working really small room and the elevator is really small we booked through Expedia and it mentioned Free Breakfast but as we checked In the Hotel Staff mentioned no Breakfast and we got cheated

Stay was very good. My family enjoyed beach and pool but food was not at all good. Since hotel is four star hotel really should offer good food. We went out to eat food. You can reallybgocto Impero with very good food taste

Chef Sumit and Victor prepared and served us amazing Indian Vegetarian fritters and Indian style Masala tea. The ambience of the hotel is quite nice and we had a good family time.

Positives: This property is massive. It has an older exterior look, but inside it is extremely light and spacious. The staff all try hard, and give personalised service, even remembering preferences. The outdoor pools and slides are great. Negatives: Breakfast is busy with nice food but overrun staff, with shortages of utensils/ bowls etc. Overall a very enjoyable stay, would go there again

Good value for the money
The bed was not overly comfortable, and we had asked for a cot, but we never got one. The room smelled musty and I noticed mold in the bathroom. The lobby' s decore is nice, and I liked the fresh flowers at the front and all the seating for guests. The elevators are very small. We were there for the beach and pool amenities, and we were not disappointed. The towels are nice and big. The loungers could use an upgrade. Overall, I felt it was good value for the money.

Hotel is really look old specially inside. Lift is small the small of the hotel really feels that it's old. But We really enjoy the swimming pool part. The beach is dirty, a lot of greens in the shores

Very disappointed with trip to this hotel. We booked a trip with Expedia, and thought it’s all inclusive. But it was not. Very expensive rate for buffet that they have there. Beach is not clean, so pool as well. Not going to visit this place no more:(
