Most of the staff were very courteous - one was in particular. The cleaning team were good at their job and friendly. The room was quiet (double glazed). The location is pretty central and the hotel more reasonably priced than others nearby.

Great clean rooms. Breakfast for 16€ each is a rip-off. The selection was very basic and for the price and star rating of hotel you would expect more. Save the 16€ and go across the street to Rewe and save.

It was very convenient for the HSS. The rooms were clean & comfortable , cleaning staff were friendly. There was no iron/ironing board as standard and I did have to request twice for one to be left in the room. Also, there was no fridge, which would have been nice as temperature was 30 degrees. In my opinion the breakfast was not worth €16, limited choice and very packed every morning. There was a supermarket literally over the road and decent priced too.

I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this hotel was! some of the reviews were not great, and next to train station. i stayed for 4 nts and went to the circus. i did not go near the train station at night but went the other direction and it was fine even walking or riding a bike at night. the hotel itself is nice with a nice bar in the lobby. there were people downstairs at night enjoying cocktails. there is a coffee shop and a grocery store across the street which were very convenient. a great place to stay outside of town and very convenient to where the circus was performing

This location needs improvement!

Good location, room carpet was dirty. The dinner buffet was of very poor quality and the service in the restaurant is non existent. Stayed in multiple Leonardo hotels before but this location hurts the brand. Management needs to work to improve multiple areas. Reception and housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful.

Hotel is standard. The lack of breakfast provision for the number of hotel guests was totally unexpected and not welcome. How can a buffet breakfast be served for over 3 hours and then a guest advised the breakfast was 'booked out'. I stayed two nights. Breakfast on second day was never at full capacity for the hour I was there. Very poor organisation and customer mer service.

Einfach das beste Hotel, was ich kenne. Ich buche jedes Jahr immer wieder gerne, wenn in der Messe Dresden die DeDeCo stattfindet. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Bahnhof Dresden Mitte, ist also supi zu erreichen mit Zug, S-Bahn, Tram und Bus. Der Weg zur Messe Dresden ist auch top ans Hotel angebunden, das ist mir immer wichtig. Das Hotel selbst ist einfach top an allen Ecken, ich hab bereits 3 Jahre in Folge da gebucht gehabt und wurde jedesmal freundlich empfangen, mein Zimmer wsr und immer in Topzustand und top ausgestattet, was in Relation zum Preis für mich einfach unschlagbar ist. In der Nähe zum Hotel findet sich auch alles Wichtige was man braucht, um sich den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Viele typische dresdner Touristen-Hotspots sind auch easy und spontan zu Fuß vom Hotel aus zu erreichen, oder einfach mit Tram und S-Bahn/Zug. Wer auf Öffis angewiesen ist, Ost da richtig gut angebunden. Check In/Check Out war unkompliziert und schnell, das Personal ist stets freundlich und man fühlt sich im Leonardo Hotel Dresden immer wieder wie Zuhause. Was auch praktisch ist, dass man über ein Tablet im Hotelzimmer, selbst wählen kann, ob man eine tägliche Reinigung im Zimmer gerne hätte, oder ob alle 2 Tage reicht. Wenn man eh nur nachts zum Übernachten im Zimmer verweilt, braucht es keinen täglichen Service, was dann auch das Personal etwas entlastet. Fazit: einfach ein Tophotel zum Toppreis, ideal zum Übernachten für Besucher für Events in der Messe Dresden.
