"Excellent room, Kept clean and tidy everyday. Reception staff Audrey , restaurant staff May , Head chef and his team great food . Beach and Pool area Clean and good. Location excellent , along the boulevard, Lovely seating and walkimng along the boulevard with coffee and fast food , Toilet facilities and also a small mosque to do your daily prayers. Electric bikes and scooters with a Lovely playground for kids. "

"Wir hielten uns vom 22.12. bis 27.12.2025 im Mövenpick Resort Al Marjan Island auf und reisten aufgrund der unten beschriebenen Umstände drei Tage vor dem geplanten Check-out vorzeitig ab. Management & Führung Top-Management unerreichbar: Trotz wiederholter Bitten wurde uns kein Gespräch mit dem CEO, der Direktion oder dem General Manager ermöglicht....

"Camera all'esterno molto vecchia e mancanza di manutenzione. In generale mancanza di manutenzione dell'edificio che è vecchio e cadente. Colazione molto sacrificata vicino alla reception (peccato non sfruttare la meravigliosa posizione sul mare). Spiaggia bellissima, ma lettini attaccati. Bar costoso"

"Eigentlich ein schönes Hotel, nettes, zuvorkommendes Personal, Strand klein aber schön, genug liegen. Was nirgends erwähnt wurde, rundum Baustellen, arbeiten Tag und Nacht, Baufahrzeuge in Massen, die Fenster leider nicht so gut abgedichtet, auf dem strassenseitigen Balkon konnte man nicht sitzen und und reden, war einfach zu laut"

"Our stay at the Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah was oustanding. The property itself is luxurious but what sets it apart is the level of service from all of the staff. I would highly recomend this hotel & area to anyone thinking of taking a trip to this area of the world."

"Staff are excellent. However buffet restaurant is crowded and lacks cleanliness. Towels are not available or dirty and ripped. "

"Room was neglected- dust everywhere. Cockroaches in room also, staff dismissed i have left here with bites all over my body. I stayed here before 2 years ago and the hotel has downgraded i wouldn’t ever stay here again. Staff were rude and unhelpful. They upsold us balcony rooms which we had to pay extra for upon arrival and the hygiene and cleanliness of the rooms were horrible. I lived in squalor for 7 nights and had to put up with it due to them not refunding me despite me seeing cockroaches...

"The pool was ok but there’s no shower near by the pool to take a shower to avoid dirtying the inside villa.There was a heavy water leak from the ceiling in the bathroom which was a nightmare and it happened very early morning and the water was everywhere in the bedrooms"
