"The staff at this hotel couldn't be better. Everyone we interacted with was courteous and beyond helpful. Our rooms and the common areas were spotless. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with plenty of choices and restocked as needed. And the location is ideal. I highly recommend."
"Now, I'm not a world traveler....but I didn't think you had to double check that there would be a bathroom attached to your room. This room only had a sink, you had to walk down the hall to use the shared toilet or shower room. Plus the room had no ventilation. There was a ceiling fan that moved around the hot humid air, but the window didn't open and it got HOT. Good thing we only had a two night stay."
"The room was clean. the staff was friendly. breakfast was okay. air conditioning worked fine.
I thought that all the rooms had microwave ovens but my room did not have microwave oven which I missed using to warm up my leftovers from the days of dining out."
"Decent stay in a central location - easy walk to many things you'd want in SF. Property could do with a bit of a refresh but overall a good stay was had. The staff at the bar were great!"
"Great location, helpful and friendly staff and the room was super comfortable and quiet!
The only thing missing - update the TV experience by having an on screen programming guide. Also allow to Chromecast your your own entertainment."
