"The property was lovely with great views of the park but from a distance. The views are really nice at night and you can see the parks fireworks. The rooms were nice with comfortable beds and good showers. There are two pools and one is adult only as well as good options for food and a convenience store. The parking is good but pricey and the staff were amazing! Everyone I encountered went above and beyond to make sure my stay was great!"

"We loved the space in our family suite with bunks, it was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was good, kids loved the Mickey waffles, it did get very busy though! The pool area is beautiful but the rules and security around the pool are a bit much. Kids from many families were getting in trouble for everything, we joked that no fun was allowed. No outside food, snacks or drinks were allowed by the pool, only if bought from the resort, yet the resort didn’t open their lunch menu until 2. No alcohol, even if purchased at the resort, was permitted. The bathrooms around the pool were not well maintained and really gross. With a few tweaks to their pool policies and more attention to a few areas of the hotel, this could have been a more enjoyable stay."

"The hotel is currently doing renovations so by 9am you hear that but it really didn’t bother us because we were up by 6 and in the parks by 8am. The gym is closed during renovations. They did send up a sweet birthday gift for my son so that was really special. Overall a great stay! We have stayed here many times and will be back again for the next Disney trip:)"

"Early check in (with a fee) was great for my early flight. Lovely staff (as always). Our favorite place to stay. I do wish the bathrooms had shower wands and updated shower fixtures- the sprays are always hit and miss (no pun intended) with how well they work and where they spray. The tubs also sometimes have a clean drain and sometimes a lazy drain, but it’s such a well kept property and the staff are so kind and friendly."

"Simply the best hotel we have ever stayed at. The rooms were impeccable. The staff was friendly and genuinely helpful. The facilities were beautiful. The location was perfect. The only two minor issues are that the elevators can get crowded and the pool was a little bit smaller than it looks in the pictures. W will absolutely stay again."
