King Christian Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"We arrived to the property late due to delayed flights. We drove ourselves from the airport. The hotel was difficult to find at night. Once we arrived to check in the process was simple and easy, the front desk staff was very helpful including sending another employee to show us where to park and escort us to our room to ensure the keycard worked and everything was ok. The room was spacious and clean. We really didn’t need a vehicle because the boardwalk was literally outside the gate. All the eateries and activities were within walking distance and there’s a ferry that takes you to and from the beach. It runs frequently and it’s no cost to hotel guests. The noise level was very minimal. I would recommend and will as stay here on my next visit to St. croix!"

"I really enjoyed this resort! Everyone was friendly and the beaches/property were clean. There were alot of fish in the ocean but that's their home so pretty much nothing you can do about that and I choose adults only when I travel solo because I don't want to hear kids screaming so I did not like that the hotel was adults only, but the beach is not. The food at the beachside cafe is good but expensive. I got shrimp and rice and it ran me $48.00. Lover the cinnamon raisin buns at breakfast!"

"My day was fairly excellent. If you are doing a solo trip, I highly recommend this place. Only if you are looking for a place that is quiet and peaceful with not much people and or activities. The staff did tell me that they are more active on the weekends for me, I went during the weekday so that could be why things were very mellow, but I don’t dislike the fact that it was very common chill because it made the whole trip and experience relaxing so again if you’re looking to do a solo trip or even a couples trip or a friend vacation where you are just relaxing and not really doing much this is the perfect place to go."

"Omg excellent all the way from our check in to our last day at the FREDS was very special.our Housestaff Tish n Dalia make our trip so special. staff on the ground keep cleans every time making sure everyone is ok .Bartenders n chef are always on spot. "Menu for breakfast and dinner at the buffet was changed every day. Our experience wad that the food was really good. No complaints here. We knew about the seaweed issue so we went to the local beach which was offered by shuttle and enjoyed the pool daily. Room was clean and very roomy. Facility seemed to be under-staffed but staff that was working was very friendly and helpful and good at their job. Pool bar/resturant had lots of bees, probably due to the sweet drinks ordered. Had daily crafting at the pool, (tie-dye, painting, etc.,) which was wonderful for us crafting folks. Lol. Overall not a bad experience for us. Very pleased."
