"The ambience of Hawaii really does a lot for this hotel. The property is old and starting to fall apart. The rooms are decent and have great views from the balconies, but the bathrooms are the type you will find at a motel. The hallways smell like vomit at random times of the day at night. The staff is very average. The food in the restaurant downstairs and the bar is very mediocre. That being said, there is beautiful foliage everywhere and the property is right on the water, so the place looks magical at any time of day. I'll probably pick a nicer place in the future. But for my first time to hawaii, I really enjoyed the experience!"

"Clean and spacious room with beautiful ocean views. Kids loved the pool and wife and I loved the hot tub. "

"The room was cool and quiet. Parking was easy and there was always a spot available. The condo had a TV and Wi-Fi and games available to play. Having a full kitchen was nice to be able to buy groceries and not eat out every night. The pool and hot tub across the street were excellent and the staff was friendly."

"Not only is this a special property but the host’s Miriam and Dave make you feel like family. The sourdough treats Miriam leaves in the morning started the day off with a big smile everyday!"
