"Easy parking and room was clean. Room layout was a little odd."

"The main lights didn’t work at the door. There was roaches crawling on the counter top and in the sick in the bathroom. Comb under the bed mattress that looked like it had been there a while. Floor had dirt all over. Very unclean. Person living in the next room over had pets. Did not stay refused and received a refund."

"I was first given an ADA room. I do not like taking those rooms from others that actually need it. The staff changed the room after trying to convince me that my reservation required it. He then gives me an “upgraded” room that clearly wasn’t an upgrade. The room was decent but the toilet and bathtub were dirty. The shower head was also very loose. I’d give this overall experience a B-."
