"The lady who checked us in was excellent. Our room was on the 3rd floor. When I explained that my wife has trouble climbing stairs she got us a first floor room ."

"There were insects all over the room. I think they were roaches, newly hatched. By the time we got back to the room it was late before we noticed the infestation. I let front desk and housekeeping know. I think they should reimburse us for the room. "

"The person behind the desk was rude. Then when I get to my room the sheets have hair, stains and hair on my pillow. I took pictures and immediately went back to the front desk. She acted like she didn’t believe me huffed and said I have to go check it out to make sure it’s true. I said I had pictures and she told me that wasn’t good enough. Told me I wouldn’t be getting my money back. We went to the room and I showed her everything I seen. She then calls her manager and they try to offer me a different room. At this point I don’t trust the place. You could smell weed everywhere and my first room wasn’t clean. The manager did tell her to refund me since it had only been 5 minutes since I checked in. "
