"Breakfast was excellent, many choices, fresh, and plentiful. Air conditioning did not work very well, however they immediately replaced it and provided fans. It still did not work great but was acceptable. A large cockroach was in the bathroom when my Gdaughter walked in about scarred her to death! Called the front desk and they took care of it immediately. Staff extremely pleasant and helpful. They arranged Taxi service as needed. Great location and very secure."

"We had a morning flight, arriving at the hotel about 4 hours before official check in time. We expected to leave our bags in storage until mid afternoon, but the Reception staff found us an upper level room immediately. The room was clean and contained all the necessary amenities. "バスタフありの部屋を予約していたつもりでしたが、着いてみたらバスタブ無しで内庭に面していて外が全く見えない部屋でがっかりでした…。その後一晩あたり20ユーロを追加したものの、別の部屋へ移動させていただくことができました。アップグレードとなった訳ですが、新しい部屋にはバスタブは勿論ウォシュレットもあって外も見えて最高。食事は朝から外でいただきましたが、近くには美味しいパン屋さんも多く全く困ることもありませんでした。とにかく素敵なホテルでまた来ることがあればこちらに再度お世話になりたいと思いました！ありがとうございました。"
