"I arrived a day early by accident 😬 but the staff were amazing and changed my day for me which i was truly grateful for. The room was spotless with a heater, fan, iron, hairdryer, kettle etc... I had a lovely evening swim in the heated pool. I didn't eat there as i was with my 13 year old daughter so we went to the nearby shopping center for food and a mooch around but the food at the hotel smelt so nice and it looked good with a nice bar and lounge area. "Ideal stay for Winchester or just a relaxing trip. The hotel is quite spread out so if disabled or can’t walk far I suggest asking for a room close to reception. Maintenance staff were fantastic. Cleaning staff great. Bar staff friendly. Highly recommend. Definitely going back. "

"I did not have breakfast, but my dinner at the hotel was really delicious and the front of house staff, the restaurant staff and the cleaners are really friendly and nice. My room was really comfortable . There is nothing i could fault this hotel for. I will be back."
