"Lovely hotel, great room, good staff, super dinner at a very good price and a good breakfast but a little over priced. Free parking and only a 15 minute walk into town. Situated in a very smart area. I would definitely stay here again."

Unwelcoming & unhelpful, clean but not boutique!
"Information on booking said open from 12, tried to check-in at 14:30. Hotel was closed & had sent a separate message saying different times to check-in, we didn’t receive it. Rooms very basic, balcony is just a door - it’s not enough to stand on let alone sit. No mirror other than the small bathroom ..."
