"前台的小姐毫無熱情，只想敷衍了事，完全沒有受接待的感覺。 房間的動線設計都不合理，廁所的門極度難開。 更扯的是上鋪的把手旁邊緊貼著牆壁，手指完全摳不進去無法施力，上下床非常困難，半夜要起個夜都徹底清醒了。 睡在上面的空間狹小，吹不到冷氣，小孩睡了一晚全身滿臉都是疹子。 到處貼著Do Not blablabla 的標語，彷彿入住的是學校宿舍面對的是校管老師，出來遊玩回到酒店要處處小心翼翼不然就會被罰錢的感覺。 撇開以上，地點不錯，走路可到清邁門市集，整體裝潢風格也算新。 但古城有太多太多充滿人情味更值得入住的飯店，這間從此不會再見👋。"

"Booked here very last minute due to a change in plans, and ended up LOVING the stay. From the moment you’re greeted out front to the minute you leave, everyone is so pleasant and friendly. The rooms, atmosphere, pool area, and dining are STUNNING, and the staff is so attentive and amazing. Room service was so amazing, and the cleaning was immaculate. They even found out we had a birthday to celebrate and brought a cake to our room. I would always recommend! "
