"I was in town to say goodbye to a long time friend. I found the hotel to be dirty from the entrance to the room. I took many photos of how dirty my room was. The bed was on the floor (no legs) the skirt for the bed was hanging on the floor and mine was clearly filthy. Dirty handprints in numerous places on the walls. Bedside lamps covered in smudges and dirty finger prints . The hallways leading to the rooms were clearly in need of a vacuum. For the price we paid I was very very disappointed."

"Cons: Walls were very thin and could here people talking at normal volume thru the walls. Heater was broken and no one cleaned our room whole we were there. Had to ask the front desk for towels several times. Pros: Price, proximity to beach. "

"It's a very old facility, in a rough part of Penticton. There are lots of fast food places all around, and it's close to the hospital. Rooms smell like hospital rooms. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable, but it was very clean. Part of the Inn is rented out on a monthly basis. You get what you pay for, nothing else. "
