"Excellent staff, ambiance, dining, room!"

"great location, you can walk to town. Very clean hotel and extremely gentle staff"

"We turned up at the hotel for a 3nights extended bank holidays weekend just to find out that the hotel was privatised and fully booked with nowhere to sleep in town or in the neighbouring villages !!! Owner refused to speak to Hotels.com since apparently he has only signed a contract with Expedia (but didn’t acknowledge it was the same company!) and refused to speak English... Hotels.com was not able to sort it out not find anywhere else and we had to drive back home 3hrs in the other direction...

"Fabulous stay Hotel staff friendly and helpful Immaculate and conveniently located Would highly recommend!"

"This was my third stay in this classic hotel in Vézelay. Always lovely with charming rooms. We had a beautiful view of the countryside. Unfortunately, the restaurant was not open the night that we stayed."
