"We enjoyed our very brief stay. It was nice to have a coffee shop with breakfast sandwiches right in the lobby. My major disappointment was the pool being closed for maintenance. The location is excellent. The parking garage is well-lit, with in/out privileges, but is a bit snug for maneuvering the different levels on the spiral ramp."

"In my bathroom they left me old soap used from other customers. Was not that clean. There was a dog that barked all night until I called the desk around midnight. They said they would try and find who had the dog. I mean don't you register who comes in with a dog? Was quiet for a while and then in early morning it started all over again. "

"Nothing is a hassle here. The parking isnt a hassle. Checking isn't a hassle. Rooms are always on point. Love the art, the restaurants and the gym. The scenery looks good the people look good. This is my go to place when I want this crash in norfolk."

"We came to our room about 1:30am and there was no towels or wash cloths in room so that we can take a shower. My son went downstairs the next morning around 9 am and the lady said that they had no clean linens. How you didn’t have any the whole day before or the next morning. Did they check the rooms. So mad I had to go buy towels to wash"

"I needed a non-smoking room and got the smoking room. I went the front desk and asked for a change. the gentlemen at the front desk claimed that all rooms were sold. I was running late for a concert so I did not return to the room and headed out to the concert. After the show I stopped by the front desk to see if there were any cancellations. I asked the night agent and explained to him my need for a non-smoking room. He went and checked the room for himself and told me to stay at the front desk. When he came back he said that the room was fine totally disregarding my needs. Very rude. No customer service."

"I really dont know how I was charged $280 for one night for an experience that was very underwhelming. The A/C in the room sounded like a racecar getting started up, so hard to sleep through that. Out of the 4 elevators that were available ONLY 1 WORKED and we were on the 11th floor so stairs were out of the picture. There was food all down the hallway of our floor and the bathrooms on the main floor smelled like they had never been cleaned. I know its not possible but a refund would be amazing and probably the only way I will ever give my business to a Wyndham ever again."
