"The Ocean Eden Bay hotel was awesome! The food , employees and entertainment was great! The privilege/ Butler service can be better! The privilege service can be a little more on point! The staff was accommodating and pleasant! This resort was worth the money!"

"Nothing was explain upon arrival. We had no clue about how to get around the resort and asked for someone to explain and we got nothing. Everything seems like a sale in an all inclusive resort where we thought everything was included. We weren’t aware of anything. The staff appears overworked and tired. More negative interactions with staff than positive ones."
