I raised this with management and they didn't care. I am disabled and need a disabled parking place. No convenience items in the rooms. You have to buy them from a vending machine, for example toothbrush is $7 x 4 of us = $28, can of coke $5.50. small water $3.50... no microwave or toaster in the room, the soap provided was like a bar of wax, smelt awful and left your skin feeling very dry...how cheap can you go? Better to go to a 5-star hotel and not get gouged and enjoy better amenities."
