Comfortable and convenient

This two-bedroom apartment had everything we needed during a short visit to Melbourne. It was especially useful to have kitchen facilities so we could cook our own evening meals.

This property is literally a student accommodation. The place was clean overall, however the furniture carpets and walls have stains and cuff marks. The sofas provided had liquid stains overall and we didn't feel like sitting on them. The beds were just springs and nothing else. Bathrooms were clean though.

Love the apartment style setup and the price point. Location is great with parking available. Not the cleanest, for example floor is a bit sticky. But otherwise everything is great.

Great modern apartment for the Family. We had our in-laws also and with 3 bedrooms it worked well. The kitchen was sufficent for meal preparation. The apartment is a good drive from cbd but close to M1. Could add a small TV in the master bedroom.

Very Quiet, lovely view of grassed sporting field With trees around it . Kitchen was vey well equipped for meal cooking with dishwasher . Only complaint would be the quality of the sleeping pillows .

Easy to find, great easy parking, quiet accommodation, friendly reception staff, apartment had everything I needed. Overall pretty clean however couch was significantly stained and shower cubicle could have been cleaner (bits of soap on floor). Furniture arrangement comfortable for me, however could be a problem for others with more people staying eg. only a two seater couch in lounge area of two bedroom apartment (so potentially 4 guests). Overall comfortable stay and would happily book again if I required accommodation in the area.

The property itself is absolutely perfect. The staff were warm amd friendly and the apartment was exactly what we were looking for. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because of the couch and the bed pillows. The couch needs replacing urgently. Hard. Uncomfortable and just enough room for 2 adults. The bed pillows. My 2 were wafer thin and I had to use both to get them to the same size as a normal pillow. Other than that, the bed was comfy. The shower was amazing. The apartment was spotless and there was plenty of parking, with some undercover. A perfect place to stay and we will again.

World class follow up service

As i frequent traveller , this apartment staff is just so professional and responsive. During my recent stay , i found out that dryer is not working . As that is a weekend , and they dun have a technician to get it fixed. So they pass me a enply room key just beside my room to get my laundry done up . And replaced the dryer ,the following monday. My big thanks and appreciation to Yuliana duty manager for all her effort.
