"I had such a great trip there. the resort is lovely and well managed. give full points for cleanliness, friendly and helpful staffs. the private beach is wonderful as well as the security made me feel safe all time of my stay. One thing I'd like to suggest the hotel, you'd probably find ways to relay the water pipeline as currently the water pipeline laid over the roof making guests' shower during the day time is impossible. it was hot like a boiling water. I was arriving there in late afternoon...

"A great find! The room was spacious and well maintained, the host was lovely, and it was a close walk to numerous stalls with a variety of goods and amazing fresh produce. Having a kitchen allowed me to stay in if I wanted, but the apartment was also close to bars and restaurants. There is a close-by bar that plays loud music, but not super late, and I actually liked hearing the local music. The people I met were so friendly! And really, the host was very accommodating and responded to questions...

"This place does not offer what they advertise. Contact number is not Kenyan. Very poor communication when eventually comtacted. Shared toilet and showeroom - which was unaware of when booking. Room not cleaned during stay and had to request clean towels. Kitchen area poorly maintained. Noisy at times too due to layout."
"The term Luxury cottage is an insult. The pictures are very misleading.This place is so run down. The staff you can tell is trying hard but obviously the owner cares nothing about customer service or being honest. Our "Luxury cottage" had no microwave, no satellite TV and the kitchen and living room were exposed to heat as there are no windows only loose screening that let lots of bugs in. The couch and beds sit on concrete reminiscent of city jail. I realize this property is in the tropics but...
"Hotels.com did not even have the rightful owners on the platform. Some other agency had put this property on the platform. I had to scramble and get a different booking because on arrival at the property I found out that the property was unsuitable for habitation and was going through a renovation!!"
