"Very nice room close to everything the Grand Staircase National Monument has to offer. We visited the Hole in the Rock Trail, and the trail from Cannonville down through Kodachrome Basin/Grosvner Arch on south to H-89. Wonderful location for wandering along Scenic Rte 12. Check in was awkward. There was no one at the office. Once we made contact with Matt, everything went smoothly. He was very courteous and helpful. I liked the key-touch entry. Breakfast was fantastic, particularly the service. Your hostesses were amazing. Sorry I can't remember their names - but they were awesome. The shower looks like it is need of repair. The fixtures for support bars are missing, so there are holes in the walls that must catch water, because there is a slow leak coming from UNDER the tub fixture (about midway) every time you shower. The refrigerator door would not close firmly. Overall an outstanding experience. I will highly recommend your hotel for visitors traveling to the area."

"The Loubird Inn is a pure slice of heaven! I stayed in the Sunrise guest cabin and it was perfect. The absolute best sleep I had on my entire vacation. The room was carefully appointed with everything you could possibly need, with a vaulted ceiling spa like feel and sported a covered front porch replete with table and chairs as well as a full sized deck with table and chairs right off the double doors. The local art displayed in the room were perfect. This is not your typical hotel room. What I enjoyed the most however was the path to the cabin I stayed in. Chock full of blooming flowers buzzing with bees, the landscaping was lunch and idyllic. Just not enough words to describe the pure perfection of this place."

"The room was small but clean. The bed was huge. It had a form fitting mattress. If you are used to that type of mattress it's difficult to sleep on. "

"Cute little cabin in a coutyard of cabins and tent sites. View of mountain over the fence. Close by immaculate restroom/shower/laundry building. Convenient to all the Escalante trails and walking distance to the 4th West pub! Easy in and out to Scenic hy 12. One of the USA best scenic drives between Esc' and Boulder! **Tent campers might/will hear people walking on the gravel to the bathroom."

"Cute coffee bar,clean and cute room-comfortable bed. Liked the patio in rear of the nuilding with table and chairs and a grill available. Would be great for a family reunion to all stay at the same place yet have separate bedrroms and bathrooms... could hang out in rear patio."
