"We stayed here for a tournament and I requested early check in to drop off our stuff before being on the field for 7 hours. You can’t get a regular desk clerk on the phone. They just transfer you to international call center. The desk wasn’t helpful when we arrived. They did text us room was ready an hour before check in but it was too late by then. "The staff was very courteous and helpful, pointing out where we could obtain hot coffee as we were waiting in the lobby for check in time. It is also especially important to us that Budget Car Rental has an office right in this hotel!"

"Pretty large hotel with very business -like feel in a town that has seen better days. I would say it’s the best choice if you need to stay in Southbridge. Hallway not vacuumed although our room was clean and A/C worked well. Only stayed one night and the front desk gave us a room with the WORST view possible of the dirty rooftop over the pool. We had no view actually."

"Property was horrible. Felt like you were on a bad spring break. Horrible trashy crowd. Was embarrassed for my daughters to even see it. Pool was crowded and had hair all in the water and dirt. That was on top of the alcoholics that were in the pool. We were there an hour before checking out and booking a room for a cheaper price at Disney's All Star sport!"

"The property was well kept and that was impressive; however, the outlet in Room 204 near the closet did not work. The waste basket was left full for the two days we were in the room. "The pool was closed. The location was excellent to where we needed to be for the weekend. The continental breakfast needed a little bit of an upgrade."

"I was pleasantly surprised by how nice this hotel was. It was clean, quiet and well maintained. The location is great for families wi th kids. A very nice complimentary breakfast as well."

"Its an ok property. Breakfast is not included and somehow I missed that when booking. There were missed cleaning opportunities, such as the walls in bathroom. For a two night stay we were only supplied with one towel each for the whole stay. There wasn't a freezer for ice packs, so had to use ice machine, another thing possibly overlooked when booking. Although it wasn't cheap, its definitely a low budget kind of stay."

They couldn’t do enough to make things very pleasant for both of us. The gentleman that was hosting the breakfast went above and beyond our expectations. Every single staff member was polite, friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this Hilton Garden Hotel."

"Hotel was clean and AC worked great! Felt safe. No microwave or safe in the room. Bar was missing their bartender so types of drinks were limited to what the fill in could provide(beer, wine, & minimal mixed drinks). I was looking forward to a drink on their menu. Back patio with fire pit was nice except the strong trash bin odor. They should really move the trash bin because we had to get up and leave. It stunk that bad!"
