"Staff was nice"

"I stayed at this hotel in downtown Seattle for 3 nights and unfortunately it did not live up to its 3-star rating. The room felt old and worn, with dated furniture and fixtures that clearly haven't been updated in years. It didn't feel fresh or well cared for. The biggest letdown was the lack of housekeeping. The room was not serviced during my stay. Fresh towels and basic tidying are standard at this price point and star level, so this was frustrating. Overall, the hotel feels like a very...

"Most pleasant stay!"

"Very clean and perfect location!"

"beautiful hotel and close to a lot of the restaurants"

"We liked that it was conveniently located to the marina and many restaurants."

"1. Room is clean and amenities were provided. 2. Breakfast is decent and foods with options, and noticed staff was taking hot food temperatures (first time ever compared with other hotels I’ve stayed in). 3. Front desk service is bad: I asked for a fold away bed to accommodate my adult daughter as I cannot place my adult son and daughter together in same bed). "Loved how close it was to pike place , very clean and the staff were very friendly"

"The Mayflower Park is a beautifully maintained historic property. It is located close to many of the attractions in Seattle. On site restaurant is great."

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. We got a free upgrade to a higher floor."

"Lovely staff and beautiful cabin. It was foggy on the first day then cleared up the next day. Beach was beautiful either way."

"The room was clean. Some of the windows opened but would not crank shut. The bed was not super comfortable. The breakfast buffet was $25 a person and at 9:30 the eggs were hard, everything else was lukewarm."

"Great place"

"So this hotel has a green stance, so they don't clean your room basically unless you ask for it. Also another of the areas feel really outdated and under par. The pool was okay but that was all. It was small and not great. The food from the hotel was over priced and the TV service was as basic as it gets."

"We booked a king forest view room and when we arrived they told us someone else was in our room. Then, without asking or telling us, they gave us a two-queen courtyard view. (Which is less money and not what I booked) The room was not the best the carpet had sticky stuff all over the bathroom ceiling had so much dust it was disgusting. The next morning we had massages booked and a member of their staff didn’t show up so our massages were late and felt a little rushed we were also not offered a...
