"There should be a disclaimer that this property is undergoing massive construction. Parking lot is torn up, main restaurant is being torn down. We weren’t warned that this was no longer a food option. Bulldozers tearing up the golf course adjacent to the pool area, so lots of dust. We would have stayed somewhere else if we had know in advance about all the construction noise, dust, inconvenience, and severely restricted food options."

They charge for parking (Expedia won't allow me to say how much parkig was) which is a pretty big ripoff since we had to park outside and not in the garage. This is a new money grab by Marriott so just be aware that the "deal" that it look like you are getting on Expedia is going to be more expensive beause of parking. They always used to offer free parking for one car and a fee for for an additional car which seemed totally reasonable to me. Aside...

"After a very nice welcome by staff at check-in things started going downhill. I had asked for a room with a "nice" view and when we got to the room it was a view of a road, dirt hill, parking lot and a tree blocking what little view we had. Then we noticed the room was 80 degrees. Uncomfortable. Found out later the AC was out in the whole complex. Great, no one at the desk notified us. Thank goodness for fans in the room and cool weather. We were hoping to take advantage of their in-house steak...

"This is a condo property that rents out rooms. We have stayed twice and the experience is not consistent. Stayed for work and no iron in the room. Texted to request and no response. Texting from the property is inconsistent with timing of check in/out. I paid super cheap so it’s ok but if you’re paying full price in season I would be concerned. Room is clean. Full kitchen. Nice hot tub. Great location. No road noise. If you want full service this isn’t the place. If you want a condo...

"The hotel is AMAZING! You don’t even have to leave the property. They have several restaurants (along with room service), a huge outdoor area with fireplaces, a pool with a few large hot tubs, many spaces to just relax in the lobby area with games… and they have an awesome spa! We went off season, but once it cools down, there will be skiing too! And most of all… the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! Especially Christian! Thank you all so much!
