"The room itself is good for the price we paid. Bed is very hard, but bathroom has a good shower and everything is clean. Frontdesk couldn't speak English and is full of motorcycles. The area around is dirty, busy and doesn't seem super safe (our impression). But right across the main Street there are some good restaurants and the beautiful lake."

HOTEL du LAC SIGNATURE

HOTEL du LAC SIGNATURE

10/10 Excellent
"We couldn’t have asked for a better stay at Hotel du Lac Signature Hanoi! The hotel has a genuine personal touch! Every staff member seemed to know who we were, and they were always friendly and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. In particular, Thomas, Rose, Louisa, Tracy and Viper, along with the rest of the team, were truly amazing! They were so helpful with recommendations for tours and restaurants, and happy to answer any questions we had. They consistently went above and beyond, and were always attentive and accommodating. The hotel itself is very clean and modern, and our room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the location was perfect being central and close to everything. When we return to Hanoi, we will definitely be staying here again, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so memorable!"
