"Staff is great. Location is wonderful. Property needs some care such as; lighting in the room is terrible - could not see well to be able to shave during the day! Pillows are as thin as an A4 paper. Sheets are ancient. AC barely works. "

"A very good location, the area is full with life and tourists, just few steps from the Vatican Museum and very nice restaurants on its door step, literally. Ottaviano metro station is only 10 minutes walk from the hotel. We stayed there while Rome was hit by a heat wave, the AC of the room was on 24/7, the room is very clean and the staff are very friendly and eager to help. I am very satisfied and I highly recommend it. "

"The room we got was very small, if you are a big person isn’t convenient for you, the shower room is literally 2X2 feet so is very difficult to have a shower. And the ads said breakfast included but it wasn’t so don’t count it on. Excellent location if your purpose is to go to the Vatican City, no more than 10 mins walk in slow pace "

"Easy walk to Metro. Easy check in process. Literally steps from St.Peter square. Conveniently located from restaurants and walking distance to Trevi Fountain and Pantheon. Staff/host were very responsive to questions. Definitely would book here again in the future. "
