"Everything was mostly good. I was disappointed with the'upgrade room" as it was facing a building and didn't have a large queen bed but 2 small beds which was uncomfortable,I didn't feel any upgrade but more downgrade? The carpet in the room was dirty ,my slippers were black walking on them and very worn and needs replacing. Many TV stations were not working on the TV. "I frequently visit to Dubai and stay at a different hotel. This one is by far the best. I had a room with a balcony on the 16th floor overlooking Shaikh Zayed road. The view is amazing. The room is a little small but super clean, comfortable bed and a large bathroom. They have a lounge on the 43rd floor (top floor) where you can see Dubai from all sides. The view at night is breath taking! The location of the hotel is perfect. Shops and restaurants are wiltin walking distance. Dubai mall is 5...
