"Decent for what it was the bathroom was not the best but I would stay there again. Great location to everything again nice for what it was in the price. Very nice balcony in waterside views stayed in the Pirates cabin."

"From start to finish the visit and staff were great. Got there alittle early around 130pm and Shareese checked us in early plus gave us discounted drink tkts and one free rum punch tkt for mom since she heard it was her birthday. The server bartender Randy was amazing at the restaurant, he was quick, got familiar with our drinks of choices, hotel a Dominican DJ on friday night great vibes. Hotel views are breathtaking and hotel itself had lots of cute places to take pics to take pics."

"We enjoyed all the access the Buccaneer had to offer. The beaches are beautiful. The one thing I would do differently is rent a car. Also, I wish the property had access to rent a golf cart if you weren’t golfing. The expense of some of the food was something to plan for or to purchase a meal plan for the next trip. It was a great vacation, overall."

"We absolutely loved our stay at The Cove. Even though we were rounding out our St Croix trip with only two nights here, it was quiet, clean, sheik, and a 10/10 stay for us. Doug met us as we were parking and walked us through, offered to help us with our bags and chatted a bit. The property could not have been more thought out. The check-in and shared spaces were very well designed, the Nespresso machine in the room, great toiletries, amazing mattress, and even the hair drier had multiple heat...

"El hotel tiene excelente ubicación. Del staff, se puede sacar el bartender y los de seguridad qué son muy amables. Las "housekeping", limpian super lentooo... Te vas a las 8am y llegas a las 4pm y no han limpiado, además son poco amables. No tiene laundry. Las de recepción ni una sonrisa te regalan. El hotel, no tiene buena limpieza."

"The view was beautiful and one of the highlights of our stay. However, the room is in need of upgrades, and the floors appeared muddy and not properly cleaned upon arrival. Better housekeeping and maintenance would greatly improve the overall experience."

"Sandcastle hotel was an awesome place to stay. The front desk personnel were helpful at check-in explaining what was available as far as amenities during our stay. The only thing I can say is the continental breakfast offered at the check-in desk needs an improvement. Other than that, the hotel grounds are pleasant and well manicured. The room I choose had a nice veranda, a kitchen with a larger refrigerator, stove and a microwave. The beach was clean, water clear ( great for snorkeling ) with...

"Beautiful hotel with amazing views and a great atmosphere. The property is well maintained and the staff was wonderful. My only concern was the large number of iguanas and the amount of iguana droppings around the grounds. Addressing this issue would make the experience much better. Overall, a lovely stay. The villa was perfect for big family . Have everything and the laundry perfect."
