Beautiful hotel tucked away in the Tuscan hills. Very peaceful and beautifully taken care of. The rooms are huge and beautiful.

My partner and I stayed at the heavenly Lupaia to start our honeymoon and we are so glad we did. The incredible attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Every part of our stay was outstanding, from the brilliant team (each and every one of them) to the setting, the stunning pool, wonderful food and atmosphere - we cannot wait to come back to this Tuscan paradise!

Just returned from 5 nights at the outstanding Grand Hotel Villa Cora - surely the jewel of Florentine hotels. Not only is it beautifully maintained and comfortable with gorgeous grounds, fantastic furnishings, linens changed daily and brilliant bathrooms (we had two in our duplex suite), the staff treated us all as old friends of the hotel, valued guests and went out of their way to make our stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. Very conveniently located & I doubt wether you could stay in a more beautiful hotel in Florence for the price. The room we stayed in was big, the buffet breakfast was impressive and the staff were nothing short of exceptional when it came to customer service. Recommend this hotel to anyone.

One of the best concierge and customer service teams I have ever encountered anywhere in the world. From booking dinners to recommending activities even at short notice. Hotel, quality, room and breakfast were also excellent with no complaints.

The hotel totally lives up to the hype. The location is excellent and convenient. The staff were wonderful and the concierge was excellent. Our room was spacious, chic and super comfortable room. We had lunch and breakfast at the hotel and the food and drinks were delicious. We only stayed one night but wish we had stayed more.

Perfect breakfast, with a complimentary 10 minute massage after - made for an excellent start to the day. Great central location, close to everything. Relaxed atmosphere. Brilliant that the gym next door can be used for free. Very happy staying here.

Located through a huge arched doorway into a small courtyard, the lift up to the reception on the second floor is on your right. We arrived slightly early but were able to check in straight away - we even got an upgrade to a superior room. The staff were very welcoming and the hotel extremely comfortable. Very pleased with our hotel, it had both character and a touch of luxury! Beautiful dining room also where we had breakfast, but service could certainly be improved there. Still it would not put us off staying here again when we return to Florence.

My husband and I had a fantastic stay at the Grand Hotel Minerva. The location is minutes from the train station on a lovely pedestrianised piazza, and walking distance to the main attractions. The staff were so welcoming and helpful throughout our stay - we hadn’t booked tickets to the sights but they managed to get us tickets for the Accademia to see the statue of David. Booked the Ponte Vecchio Suites and Spa based on previous user ratings - and I was not disappointed. On arrival the staff were friendly and very helpful - check-in process was great. We were shown to the suite which was bigger and better appointed than I was expecting. Clean, airy and light. Wonderful hotel in a quiet street in the heart of Lucca, near the amphiteatro. The rooms are beautifully decorated with frescos, comfortable and with all facilities. Breakfast is a highlight with choices to suit everyone. The staff are friendly and helpful and made us feel at home. One of the best hotels we have stayed in anywhere.

We have travelled all over the world and have to say our 4 day trip to Florence was fantastic and made even better by the hotel, the room and the staff could not have been better. Nothing we asked of them was a problem no matter how small and the hotel location is perfect. Dave and Heather
